Solved: Keep phone number while not using phone

Hello,

I am going to go travelling for a few months and will be getting an Australian sim to use while abroad. Is there a way to pause my UK o2 contract so that I can have my phone number on my return? I’m currently on a monthly rolling contract.

The cheapest option for you is to switch it to PAYG which only requires a top up once every 6 months.

You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
