Pay Off Device Reduce Bill

Hi, Looking for some advice. I currently have a 36 month contract for airtiume and device. If I pay off the device would I be left with just paying the air time - similarly - would I be able to move to a lower airtime SIM only contract?Thanks

My upgrade is due today on the 18th October but it is saying to uograde today I need to pay 29 pounds but wait until the 18th October and I can upgrade for free. It is the 18th October so why can’t I upgrade for free

new tariff options ?

Is there a way to check tariff upgrade options within myO2? I don't want a new phone, just move to a different tariff. When I click on See upgrade options (under "You can upgrade today") it shows me various offers but no other tariff options.
