I am stuck abroad and my payment didn’t go through for O2 monthly. They stopped my phone so I couldn’t receive the text code to log into my O2 to pay it. I paid using bank transfer with asked for reference. My phone is still blocked. I can’t call them, log into myo2 to live chat and don’t have social media to chat to them. I am completely stuck and it’s causing lots of problems. Help!!!!!!!!
