I am stuck abroad and my payment didn’t go through for O2 monthly. They stopped my phone so I couldn’t receive the text code to log into my O2 to pay it. I paid using bank transfer with asked for reference. My phone is still blocked. I can’t call them, log into myo2 to live chat and don’t have social media to chat to them. I am completely stuck and it’s causing lots of problems. Help!!!!!!!!

If you can gain access from any other phone, the number to call from abroad is +44 7860 980 202
It's also free from another O2 phone and maybe included in call packages on other networks, especially if in the EU.

Thank you both for your replies. Unfortunately I can’t call the number. It won’t connect on my phone and I am in Africa without any fellow O2 subscribers around me. I guess I could sign up for a social media platform (thank you for the suggestion) but having resisted for 20 years ideally there would be another way. Does anyone know if there’s an email I can reach O2 pay monthly on? I’ve searched but can’t find one. Really appreciate the community engaging with my problem, this is the first chink of light in a long dark tunnel!
