My callers complain every time they call me they are getting an automated answer ‘your call cannot be completed’ they only get through on the third or fourth attempt. This is happening on my daughters phone as well. Help!

Thankyou, just checked the network and it does say there’s a problem with a nearby pole. However this has been happening with my daughters phone for a couple of years now.

Your daughter may need to change to a network which works for her. If she's on a contract, that will need paying off before she moves.
