Call error

My callers complain every time they call me they are getting an automated answer ‘your call cannot be completed’ they only get through on the third or fourth attempt. This is happening on my daughters phone as well. Help!

No internet and not getting all text messages

I have just moved to an IPhone Pro Max from EE to 02. My internet is shocking. I can’t get internet and if I do it’s very very slow. Im also not getting all the text messages being sent to me. Im in a good signal area too?

Upgrade

Hi I've been a customer for 20 years and have 3 contracts with you. I've just priced a upgrade and it's cheeper if I'm a new customer. Surely that's not right.
