Hello. I have a PAYG £10 big bundle package. Lately, for a few weeks, I am unable to receive/give calls, mainly indoors. For some reason mobile coverage has become very poor. Anyone else experiencing same issue? What to do? I live in Chiswick/Hammersmith area of London.

Unfortunately it did not help.. don't understand how calling could still be a problem in 21st century.

Well if none of that helped you could try a SIM swap and see if that improves things.

May be worth getting cheap PAYG SIMs from other networks to see which is best for your

Big problem in UK is getting planning permission for masts, and the usual NIMBY brigade who want coverage but not masts
