I accidentally installed my new eSim on my old iPhone rather than the new Google Pixel I just bought. Any ideas?

If you installed it from your My o2, you might be able to re-do it in the new phone @A2d3___

Otherwise you will need a new barcode from o2 - either in store (take photo ID) or via customer services (through the post, and your current sim will get turned off)...

eSIM - How to activate

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

The joys of eSIMs

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@A2d3___ You cannot install an esim using the same activation details on another device. You can only reinstall on the same device and only up to 3 times.

You'll need a new esim activation code as advised.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
