I am trying to use my data in Jersey and my phone has no signal. It has been like this for the past week and I am not sure what to do

If you are contract then you should be able to Roam in Jersey.

If PAYG you will need to purchase a Travel Bolt On

If you have no signal try doing a manual network search and choose each network in turn, even if it says forbidden

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
