If using a plastic sim just put it in a different phone to get the code, or pop in store with photo ID to get a plastic sim to keep you connected whilst sorting a new phone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

You would need to contact sales.

But as you are a SIM only customer be aware that you would have to take our an airtime contract alongside the phone and lose the advantages you have.

Looks like you should contact the sales team they can help with that – message them on Social Media if yo can - on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) ,

X Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or

 Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255, free from any phone or landline.

Consider buying the handset elsewhere. Many manufacturers and the likes of Amazon do terms

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
