Hi - phone was working fine on a brand new contract but suddenly stopped receiving data, texts and calls, and it turns out an A-CS bar has been put on my account for no apparent reason by the ‘Corporate Higher Security Team’ (whatever that is) Anyone know what this is?! Apparently it’s going to take 5 days for the team to investigate. It’s a nightmare as I need my phone for work.
All bills up to date and phone was brand new when I received it.
