Is there anything I can do other than travelling to o2 shop?
I have upgraded to an esim, and been instantly cutoff from the o2 network. I can't login to myO2 with two-factor authentication in place and have no way of configuring esim?
Is there a workaround?

Not really at the moment.
The shop is your best bet. Take photo ID
Quite frankly an eSIM on O2 is a downgrade as you are finding out.
Contact the social media team and they may be best placed to help. Main CS haven't a clue
