I rely on the 02 site for sending out text messages online. For a day now my account has been stuck showing a thick red line with this in it:
'You have purchased messages that have not been activated yet. Please enter your validation code.'
where's the code? I've been waiting for a code which never comes, I've tried twice and every time I ring 02 I get some useless girlie that can't do anything about anything, except tell me I have to go online to the live chat, which neither of us can find anyhere....
what a useless and stupid support setup and I resent being fobbed off with a shrug of the shoulders. Does anyone know how I can get this resolved? I need the online text service badly.

after tearing my hair out for hours I finally got this sorted. This live chat link did the trick:

it's outrageous that the staff on the customer services line at 02 are unaware of this link. One girl I spoke to even said she'd never heard on sending text messages from the 02 website. How can someone of such limited knowledge ever be able to help? What is a person like that doing in 02 customer services?

That's live chat for you, they read from a script & have little actual knowledge or none at all
