I received an email on the 3rd February 2025 advising of changes and that I have the right to cancel without cost in 30 days; however, after numerous calls to customer services I am unable to get this done. They feel that this "offer" ended in December 2024. Is there a UK-based customer service agent that I can speak with directly.

There is no customer support on this customer to customer community, and o2 have outsourced 99% of Customer Service to offshore call centres.
