I am going to Australia for three weeks and plan to get the travel bolt on but I am not sure how it works.

If I sign up to the bolt on but only want to use it for 2 of the three weeks  because of WIFI coverage for one week- What do I do - how do I avoid being charged for three weeks. Thank you
