Switch eSim to traditional sim

I upgraded my phone and chose a sim only deal, I selected to use a esim instead of traditional. Now found out my phone isn't compatible with esim.

Is there anyway for me to switch back or request a traditional sim or will I just have to buy a new phone?

You will need a new "plastic" SIM

Quickest way is to call into an O2 shop with Photo ID and they will swap it for you

Take photo ID into an O2 store

They will change it to a plastic sim free of charge
