I want to speak to an O2 rep from abroad

Im sorry to post here, but I am desperate to actually speak to a human about my contract with O2 whilst I am abroad.

I have recently moved abroad temporarily and had my phone thrown out of the car window by a taxi driver and its completely smashed but some aspects of it are still working, however, not the speaker, so I can’t make calls on it.

I have an eSIM, so no physical card to take out and use in another phone, not that I know many people yet. I am about to pay off the device, so was hoping to upgrade/get the same phone again and continue paying what I’m paying now, but the offers in MyO2 are at least £30 more a month than what I’m paying, so I wanted to talk to someone in case I’m missing something.

I also want to change my tariff to one that was £17 a month to call the UK so I can speak to my grandmother, but since finding that tariff I can’t find it again to switch to it, so again wanted to talk to someone about all this.

I have tried calling in case the speaker works, but the abroad number doesn't seem to call through. I have got through on WhatsApp but am told I’m not registered to talk to them that way either. Can anyone help me here please?

Very many thanks in advance.

@2purplesocks

All numbers and methods of contacting O2 are in this guide Guide: How to find help & contact O2

These includes social media.

The problem is, O2 only deliver to UK addresses.

Just picking up on your question about tariffs as you @2purplesocks imply that you are out of contract. Whether it is feasible for you to upgrade is a different matter, but if you conclude that it is, please see :-

At the time of writing, there are five O2 deals thereon :-

I hope that helps. 👍
