I have been trying to obtain my PAC code since 4th January 2025 so I can transfer my number to a different network I have tried my o2 app o2 website and by text with no success when I try online I get the following message saying something went wrong sorry there’s been a problem please try again, when I try by text I get a reply back saying Hi, it's O2. There's been an issue processing your request, please try again later.
I have contacted customer services over 20 times by phone not one single soul doesn’t have no knowledge how to resolve

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

You can go into an O2 Shop to leave as well, if you are so inclined, @Pshrubb21 - take valid photo id along with you if you go this route:

o2 store will have the same problem o2 system is not generating my PAC code been like this since 4th January. o2 social media team can only escalate I’ve been waiting for a week so far still no updates.

Makes you wonder when O2 will join the 21st Century....
Or maybe they should sell the company!!

Do try the social media route as I outlined above @Pshrubb21
They have a good reputation for fixing issues that no one else can.
