Hi there 

 

I have missed a couple of payments due to changing jobs recently. 

can I have my phone reactivated and clear full debt in January when I get payed please

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Consider setting up a direct debit to avoid future issues.

@Benji_3011 It's highly unlikely that O2 will reactivate your number until you pay in full, but it doesn't hurt to ask: https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/payment-support
