I made an order over a week ago for a SIM only plan and a watch. It has no been over a week with 0 updates on my order. Customer support even says the order hasn’t even been processed through the system yet, and I’m still waiting for my SIM to be activated and for my watch delivery.
This is beginning to take the …. And I’m losing my patience.
How can I speak to someone higher up?
