I have monthly plan with 15GB data allowence. My average data usage is 5.67Gb a month. I am midway through my monthly plan and one day thsi week I noticed I had approx 13.25GB left.. The following day I received a message from O2 stateting I had used 80% of my data. I checked and I had 2.81Gb left. I could not see any specific reason for this and rarely stream etc. I immediately turned off data raoming and put my phone in Low Data Mode.
I had to go out next day and needed at one point to turn on Data Roaming to use an app in a store. As i tried to use the app i lost the 2.81Gb left in minutes maybe seconds. Any ideas. I am now down to zero with 14 days left before renewal.
I can use wifi fine with no issues. When i looked at what apps have been using data i can see no issues. Concerned that the same will happen next month.
