Hi, Last week I took a iPhone 16 pro max on Pay monthly contract on my current sim and a Samsung Tab A9+(pay monthly) with a new broadband sim. However, I am not happy with the performance of that A9+ so I want to return it. Do I have to keep the new broadband sim deal even if I return that device or can I end my broadband sim contract also? Is it possible to upgrade it to any other device? I got some discounts on my iPhone and current sim deal as I have taken two contract together(with A9+ and broadband sim), will the discount be still available even if I end my broadband sim contract and device plan?
What are the procedures for all these? Thank you.
