As my contract is expired, should I not see a drop in my monthly bill.

Is it not just the airtime plan I could be paying for ?

My bills were usually around the £34 to £38 mark.

With my contract finished my latest bill is £34.

Is that correct ?

Depends. If you bought from O2 you are likely to be on a Refresh Plan, in that case you should move to airtime only.

If you bought from elsewhere this may not be the case and you will keep paying both.

You should be able to check in my O2

Also Texting INFO to 85075 should help

If you need to contact O2

Then Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Social media links may be best

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@camol123

Contracts do not end unless you cancel. They complete a minimum term and continue as a rolling 30 day contract which can be cancelled or changed at anytime.

Look on uswitch for cheaper sim only deals and keep your current phone to reduce costs.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
