Any ideas why I am not receiving texts after set up.

Check your message centre numbers in settings

Open messages, settings and type in the message centre number :
Pay Monthly   +447802000332
Pay & Go       +447802092035

Message centre numbers are for sending texts only, not receiving, so try removing your sim and wiping it. Also you can manually register on Vodafone in network settings, wait for the error message, then select O2 again as this sometimes helps.

Hey @pw, any luck with your text messages yet? Are you able to receive them now? It would be great to hear what finally worked in case others have similar issues in the future and might find this helpful. slight_smile

no I am sure it's something to do with i messages as the original contract was for an iphone x.  However a new sim was provided when the iphone x was replaced by a Huawei P20

Sorry to hear that you're still experiencing the issue @pw 😞 Unless anyone here has any other suggestions that might help, it might be best to try with Customer Service if they can get to the bottom of it by taking a look at your account.
