No incoming after port from 3

Hello
I requested a port from 3, which is now marked as completed on 19. However I still don't get any incoming calls or messages. My 3 sim is still activated and 3 customer services have confirmed that I'm still their customer. I have called O2 customer services multiple times. While everyone on phone has been helpful after 4 exemption (?) to backoffice I still don't get incoming on O2. I'm not sure what else I can do to get it done. Every time they ask me to wait for 4 hours for the exemption request to be handled. Last request I was asked to wait 24 hrs. Still no incoming and 3 sim still active. Could you please help?

There seems to be some problems with ports.

As you have contacted O2. I will ask a Community Advisor to take a look

 

@O2Sarah-  Can you help @Anu9888 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

There seems to be some problems with ports.

As you have contacted O2. I will ask a Community Advisor to take a look

Hi @Breanna, I can confirm it is now resolved! I can get the calls and Three sim no longer has service!
