Call forwarding

I am having a few problems since moving to a Motorola G85 mobile.

I transferred the dim and copied all I could from my Xiaomi mobile.

I am getting voice mail issues, call forwarding issues and incoming calls from contacts coming through as 'unknown'.

I am getting nowhere from calls to O2 and raising tickets.

No one actually knows anything.

Can anyone shine a light on any of this?

Have you tried the sim in the Xiaomi Phone, and does the problem exist there? 

Have you tried a new SIM card? one can be picked up from an o2 store (just take photo ID)

 

If the sim works in the old phone then it is likely there could be a setting on the phone, have you tried to factory reset it, obviously once you have backed up the phone.

The unknown caller issue is common and often goes without a fix.

You can try and ask O2 to add the CLi presentation bolt on, nut many agents will have no idea what you are taking about. Some others have fixed the issue bt switching to an esim, and/or by turning off 4g calling in the phone settings.
