Solved: O2 Friends and Family not showing on bill but in b...

Hi, I paid off my device plan today and have just received a text fore the cost of my new bill. In the text and email of the bill there is no mention of my discount, however if i go into the bill breakdown i can see it says £23.34 including -£12.39 discount (it is meant to be around the £10 mark). is this normal and will i billed the correct £10 price, i'm a bit confused why it only shows the price before discount in each message i have received.

Check if it is still showing as a bolt on in your MyO2.

If so, it will be taken off your bill when it is produced.
