I am a former Virgin Mobile customer who was automatically transferred to O2 after the acquisition.
I am on a monthly contract and requested today my PAC, and it's say that as of today my outstanding bill is £0, but I don't understand from the message if I need to pay the month of February or not. My bill usually comes at 26 of each month. So, lets say that my bill from 26 Dec to 26 Jan was 10, then if I move my number today (30 Jan), then my final will be just from 26 Jan to 30 Jan or from 26 Jan to 26 Feb?
I tried to call customer service, but when in Roaming on my home country, O2 always degrades my connection to a level where I don't understand the other person, this is always happens exactly at 6 minutes mark, which occurred when the O2 operator was trying to explain me the final bill. I asked for her to call back, which she said it would do, but no call until now. If I call again I will need to go through all that AI stuff until I get to an operator, answer all security questions, and be on the 6 minutes mark again 😞
