Hi I need help, I’m trying to cancel my 3 month 02 account for a dongle. Apparently I need to do it 30 days in advance but the website and my app just keeps taking me in a loop and won’t give me a direct contact email or number to cancel the account. Can I have the direct contact details please? It’s very frustrating and I’ve tried for several days to get it sorted.
