I am trying to log into my account I am being asked to send a message to the number to confirm security. Issue being the number isn’t being used it the number for my iPad sim and I can’t seem to receive messages to this number as iPad is logged in over Apple ID does anyone have any ideas how I can access the number for the messages?

When you follow @jonsie advice and get into MyO2 change the number in your Personal Details to a number you have access to, should you lose the phone or are cut off
It does not have to be on O2
