Hi everyone. I returned to o2 after 15 years or so and I struggle with almost everything. Since I transferred my number from GiffGaff I don't have internet access because the rolling plan I had on my temporary number (the one o2 sent me via post) has not been transferred to the new number. Today morning I logged in to My o2 account and to my surprised I see a text saying "You don't have any products or services in this My O2 account." Last night I could see on the same page my old and the new numbers. Now everything is gone.
I tried to login into o2 app on my phone and I got a message "something went wrong. My o2 isn't not available to you yet."
Are they updating the system or something?

Try logging in via the web
If that works try deleting the App then rebooting the phone and reinstall the app.
However, I think I would give it a bit longer to see if it sorts itself out

Sounds like the transfer has started.
Give it 24 hours and keep rebooting your phone.

It's been 4 days now. My o2 status says that I have a rolling plan but remaining allowance is 0 data and 0 minutes. At the same time my top-up balance is going down. This does not make any sense.

Ok. I called customer service and they fixed it, hopefully. I was surprised how quickly they picked up my call! I was prepared to 30min waiting and listening to some s..te music.
