Hello
I requested a port from 3, which is now marked as completed on 19. However I still don't get any incoming calls or messages. My 3 sim is still activated and 3 customer services have confirmed that I'm still their customer. I have called O2 customer services multiple times. While everyone on phone has been helpful after 4 exemption (?) to backoffice I still don't get incoming on O2. I'm not sure what else I can do to get it done. Every time they ask me to wait for 4 hours for the exemption request to be handled. Last request I was asked to wait 24 hrs. Still no incoming and 3 sim still active. Could you please help?

How long did this take to be resolved please, my wife is having the same issue?
