Hi,
Yesterday my data was suddenly used up very quickly. I only have 3GB a month and rarely reach half of this allowance. Yesterday I was out and about and didn’t use my phone for anything but whilst I was out I got the 80% used text from O2 and by the time I was home all my data had been used up.
As far as I can see no apps were running on my phone which is an iPhone 8plus. I hadn’t changed any settings that I’m aware of and not sure what would be running in the background to use so much data so quickly.
Does anyone know what may have caused this and also if O2 will be able to give me some more data for free or even if this is an O2 issue where they have removed my data.
