I am worried and angry with O2 in the past one month. Been told my data has finished even though my browsing and data consumption has been the same or decreased. This month I have turned off all apps expect for mail, phone, wallet and once in a while will use goggle map, Uber , social media apps. Yet been hit with a message of I have 20% data left. My data gets renewed on the 6th of each month.
This is annoying. Never had this experience on 3 network

No one here can know what or how you use your data on.
Look for a breakdown in the phone settings or contact O2.

Not seen that issue reported for quite a few years.

Though I'm not sure they were all iphones
