I requested proof of usage on 16 December 2024 and have been following up weekly since then. Despite my repeated efforts, I have yet to receive the proof of usage, either by email or post. Each time I contact customer service, they complete a form and assure me I will receive the document within 3 to 5 days, but this has not happened.
I spoke with 2 manager they assured me I will receive in 3 to 5 days but have not received.
