I can't find a way of getting in touch with anyone it's like they don't actually exist? Iv been put through to people I can't understand and when I did get someone that understood she was awful. She actually shouted at me on the phone, she didn't work for 02 though. O2 is just an absolute joke. I feel like iv been in an abusive relationship with o2 now for years. I had to get my brother to help me deal with them and he got stressed out dealing with the woman on the phone . The whole set up is an absolute joke. The best part is iv heard nothing off them. I'm not well and I can't leave my house they have now restricted usage on my account can you believe it. Before they will just reply to an email or contact me. I'm even more unwell now because of this whole thing . I'm also not paying the bill in the hope I get an email off them. Maybe someone will see this that's the dream anyway. O2 if you can see this. Thanks for restricting my phone I have a police marker on my house and threats from my abusive ex constantly, I'm also not well and have so many problems at the moment so thank you for restricting my phone again. I truly truly hate o2
