I can’t afford my bill this month I have a new baby boy and my bank account has been hacked it’s u see investigation to get my money back but can take a long time I need my phone line on for my son for his father too get in contact so I don’t know what to do I don’t have anyone else too help pay the bill either

You need to speak to O2.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
