SIM only through Uswitch can't cancel with O2

Hi there. Yesterday I"upgraded" my 3 lines in my account. From paying £20 per month for 75 GB I have gone for £9.5 for 50 GB. Today, however, I've seen another deal for £10 for 100GB and I called O2 to cancel all 3 "upgrades" (within the 14 day cooling off period) to get the £10 monthly for 100 GB. The customer service representative told me he couldn't cancel the 3 lines under my account because I took the contracts with Uswitch. Does anyone know if this is true? How do I contact Uwitch? Thanks

Did you actually 'upgrade' via USwitch or are these new accounts with new SIM cards?

The reason I ask is the upgrade option on USwitch is presently missing.

If you look at the emails sent you are clearly an O2 customer and the so called Customer Services is talking their usual nonsense

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Bull poop

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

BTW the upgrade option is missing via Moneysaving Supermarket so it's an O2 thing.
