I’m experiencing poor reception since being moved from Virgin to O2.
Often I find a msg saying ‘not on the network’ when trying to make a call, calls to me get relayed to answering service and I don’t get a msg to say that has what has happened to the call for several hours.
Ebay sending me OTP’s at certain times of the day now take ages to come through and when they do, they have ‘expired’ according to Ebay!
The same happens when I try to log onto my account with O2.
Last night it took over a couple of hours and when it did O2 simply took me back to the opening log on page.
My post code is LD15LW. PLEASE CAN YOU OFFER A SOLUTION.

This has come up several times.
Even in known good areas ex Virgin customers are having problems.
It appears that a number of Virgin's Belgian programed SIM cards are not taking kindly to the move.
Call into an O2 shop with photo ID and get it swapped for a propper O2 SIM
You can order through 202 but there is a good chance O2 will turn your Virgin SIM off before the replacement arrives, so shop is best.
