Not really a tech question, but none of the options fitted.

All i want is the number i call for customer services. The virtual assistant is useless for such an incredibly basic question, and it seems to be nowhere on the website. They even have the cheek to say "...give us a call" and then it's totally assumed you remember or know the number.

Why does such a big company that deals in communication have such a poor website? Is it deliberate for some bizarre reason?

Thanks, rowan

Just look at the bottom of every single web page.

Couldn't be any easier!

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

ah i see, i've found it now, thanks.

it could be hugely easier- there is nowhere where it tells you that you need to look under what type of customer you are ('pay monthly' etc)

@Rowan

The link I gave you gives you EVERY telephone number to call whether you are Contract, PAYG or business. It's in the section ACCOUNT RELATED QUERIES then TELEPHONE CALL, the MORE INFO tab when you click on that.
