My iPhone only rings 3 times and goes to voicemail- I have tried everything to solve this including editing call divert in my o2 account. 3 rings is clearly not enough time to answer a phone - I am missing some really important calls because of this.

Resolved! PAC code expiry

I'm moving from O2, so requested a PAC code. This came straight away, with an expiry date of 03/03/2025.However, when loggng into O2 I get a message saying the PAC has expired! Can someone please explain?

I am an O2 and Virgin customer. I am currently in Tenerife and cannot access my O2 account or receive either texts or phone calls. How can I change this? I have tried rebooting my phone but to no avail. Thanks Bob
