@GxC

You can't without a new esim.

Quickest and safest way is to go in store with photo ID.

You can also contact O2 but your old sim will be turned off immediately with no guarantee that you will receive the new one in your MyO2 quickly.

Theoretical process here eSIM - How to activate  but I have first hand experience that it doesn't work 100%

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

If you really don't need ab eSIM then as suggested go to an O2 store and change if for plastic.

Unlikel other networks O2 have not got their act together on eSims and all the advantages of having one simply do

not apply

I was glad to get rid of mine.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

100% best avoided for instances such as this where a plastic sim could easily be transferred between phones.
