I'm sorry, but O2 is part of a global Telecommunications company whose revenue is nearly $12 billion a year, yet customers who need help and support are expected to use social media to get in contact? I guess its great if you actually use social media, but come on, really?

People can call, live chat or use social media, email is not secure for customer service queries.. people will use the most convenient channel...
@pgn most companies are getting rid of email for CS...

There has never been an email address since I've been with O2. It was always contact via phone or the pretty useless live chat. Now we have social media. (Which is ok, except for our older clients who have never used social media at all.)

O2 are pretty useless in the actually speaking to a real person stakes.
I cannot get WiFi Calling enabled as per the original poster, selecting it on my compatible iPhone directs me to a O2 webpage which has zero useful text and a video showing how to enable WiFi Calling on an iPhone.
So we are going around in circles, 202 is useless I am to old to listen to inane thump thump thump music for hours on end

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks
