Oh boy, I have been harrassed to get a sim for the other 4g phone. O2 have sent plenty of texts. The thing is I am not wishing to have an internet/data phone as I drive. Just a phone with texts will do. So went into the O2 shop and nearly ended up with a new phone and contract (I did not want that) just as the text says collect a sim for 4g. So I phoned O2 and then after finally getting a human got one to agree to send a new sim. Phoned O" and they said they would swop over the number to the new sim and any balance. AS we live in a place with little or no signal, I told them several times to phone the landline. We even tried a call via the old phone and got one word then nothing. So I want my new sim in the Sony to be working. I have been through things online and the Wifi and 4G is switched on.

This is not O2, but a forum of O2 customers like yourself. Reach out to O2 via Social Media using either of the links at the foot of this message, @TNS4570, to ask them to remove the bar that has been applied to your SIM and account when they sent the replacement SIM to you via Royal Mail - and be persistent. Good luck!
