Hi,
I have several accounts with O2, but i also have one that migrated over from Virgin. i have never been able to see this mobile account within MyO2. So i have two questions here.
1. How do i migrate the virgin mobile number to appear within my MyO2 along with my other contracts? (Virgin account is in my Wife's name)
2. The sim that we have is a nano sim, and my daughter has smashed her phone. I have bought her a temp phone for now but it doesn't accept the nano size, it only accepts the micro sim size. i bought a sim adapter but for whatever reason, the sim isn't recognised in the phone. My question is, how do i get a new sim?

2) Quickest way to get a new sim is to go instore with photo ID and ask for a new sim
1) To Add your wife's account to yours follow these instructions.
