My phone is PUK locked. I can't log into MyO2 account as they still need to verify your phone by sending a code. (Isn't that a smart advice to log into your My02 account if your phone is locked?)
Virtual assistant not helpful.
Can't call customer services from another phone.
There is no O2 shop near me (the nearest is one hour away).
What shall I do?

Which is sometimes a bit flaky, so if you can borrow a phone, the Automated call line also works for PUK.
Call 202 from any O2 mobile (or 0344 809 0202 standard UK rate from any other phone)
and say or key in your own phone number when prompted.
when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 3 Your PUK will be read to you, so have a pen and paper handy.
Top tip for all, save your PUK somewhere safe whilst you can get it, in case of emergencies.
