Phone stolen - can't log into my O2 online - OTP being sent to phone !!!

Phone stolen on Saturday. Reported it Sunday. Replacement eSIM is being sent out. Got an email yesterday from O2 to say its "on its way" - no other information and no way to track it, unless I log in to 'my O2' which I can't do - security / verificat...

not receiving texts from bank

For one of my banking apps I have just installed on new phone I'm not receiving security texts so cant set up app. Bank say its a phone issue but all other apps have been fine. Suggestions?
