Could anyone help with a network issue I am having

I always struggle to get a signal outside of my home, in certain places, I live in a relatively buy town

Network check says network is good, although there was a fult for a few months, which I have been told has been rectified (it hasnt)

On the settings, mobile networks/mode, I have 5G/LTE/3G/2G. I dont have an option of 4G. I am wondering if this is the issue, should there be a 4G option?

My phone is the Galaxy S21, many thanks

Some Samsung phones say 4G others LTE. In this case they are the same thing.

May be worth looking at these guides.

Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
