Under billing in My O2
This looks like something you’ll be able to do or check in the My O2 app. We have a guide to help with that if you’re unsure how to use it

And don’t worry if you get stuck because there’s an in-app messaging service you can use to chat with O2 who can help. Just go to the ‘Support’ tab and ‘Start a Conversation’ at the bottom.

thanks very much, i've found it. (for future reference anything referring to the app is assuming people have a smart phone. I deliberately boycott smart phones. I know quite a few people who also do)

I think I wrote 'If you are using the app'
The reason for that was @jonsie had given you details of one version of MyO2. There are differences at the moment between the Web and the App.
Just trying to cover all bases as you did not specify which you were using.
