Posting on the internet in all capitals is generally considered shouting and thus rude - suggest checking your caps lock.
If you call your number from another phone, does it ring? Test with & without caller-ID being sent, see if that makes any difference.
Check your unconditional call diverts & do-not-disturb if not, you may have inadvertently set one.
